Description:
Under general direction, a customer technical service representative will support customers using the CaerVision network management service platform with service issues during deployment, maintenance, and upgrades by providing hardware and software troubleshooting, installation coordination, network connectivity, media, and software maintenance. Level of placement based on previous experience. On-the-job training will be provided for select applicants.

Duties include:
Support of inbound and outbound service and data collection calls.
Basic TCP/IP, LAN setup, including router settings and computer network settings such as static IP and DHCP, subnet mask, DNS, etc.
Working with Ubuntu system, STB.
Technical troubleshooting over the phone.

Requirements:
Proficiency in Salesforce software platform and CRM platform
Basic knowledge of network connectivity and set-up
Familiarity with video and audio systems
Able to provide wireless network troubleshooting
Knowledge of digital signage players and digital signage server software structures and operations
Experience with digital file conversion for multi-media.

Digital Content Creator Level I, II

Location: Johnstown, PA

Create and program media to the right clinic at the right time according to each clinic’s requirements. Level of placement based on previous experience. On-the-job training will be provided for select applicants.

Requirements:
Proficient in CRM platform
Experience with digital media signage studio and player software
Experience with video editing software such as Final Cut Pro and Apple Motion
Knowledge of network connectivity and set-up
Familiarity with video and audio systems
Experience in content development using other digital media production software to produce and revise digital multimedia content for broadcast quality network distribution.
Knowledge and experience in multi-media script writing, story boarding software, video production, and camera and lighting operation.

Multi-Media Designer

Location: Frederick, MD

Description:
Under general direction, the multi-media design and digital content creator positions will create multi-media using multiple design programs including Keynote, Final Cut Pro and Compressor, Motion or After Effects, DVD Studio Pro and Adobe CS4 design programs. There will be maintenance of all content including organization, backup and identification. Preparation and optimization of graphics and video must be implemented for use online and offline.

Requirements:
Experience in Motion Graphics, Graphic Design or other multi-media related design field (Bachelor’s Degree preferred).
Camera operation and production experience a strong plus.
Must provide online digital portfolio with your resume for consideration of the position.
